"The Spirit Room" is the debut album on a major label by singer-songwriter Michelle Branch, released by Maverick Records in the United States on August 14 2001 (see 2001 in music). It reached number twenty-eight on the U.S. "Billboard" 200 chart and produced three top forty hits on the "Billboard" Hot 100: "Everywhere" (which peaked at number twelve), "All You Wanted" (number six) and "Goodbye to You" (number twenty-one). "You Get Me" became the theme song for the MTV reality series Sorority Life.
