Adrianne Leon (born March 15, 1986 in San Diego, California) is an Emmy Award-nominated actress and an acoustic rock singer-songwriter who performed two songs for the documentary "Hollywood's Magical Island: Catalina" (2003): "Everlasting Dream" and "She Heals You".

Career

Leon is best known for her roles as Brook Lynn Ashton on the soap opera "General Hospital" from May 2004 until January 2006 for which she was nominated for a Soap Opera Digest Award for "Outstanding Female Newcomer" in 2005. She was also nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for "Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series" in 2005. Prior to joining "General Hospital", Adrianne co-wrote and performed many songs featured on the show (including the song, "Redeem Me").

On January 18, 2006 Leon took over the role of Colleen Carlton on "The Young and the Restless". The role was previously played by actress Lyndsy Fonseca. She was let go in June 2007 due to a change in direction with the character.
