Kothropita

Kothropita is Cypriot spinach pie. It is similar to spanakopita, but uses a pie-type crust rather than phyllo.

Ingredients are: spinach, onions, smoked turkey ham, dill weed, parmesan cheese, kefalograviera, and feta cheese.
