Bonab County

Bonab County ( _fa. شهرستان بناب) is a county in East Azarbaijan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Bonab which is located on the east bank of the Urmia lake and has extremely nice sunsets.

This city is the major political center and has key strategic value in the Azerbaijan region.It was a candidate to receive the NICE CITES medal, among 5 cities in world for 2002-2003, from the UNESCO organization. Bonab is the city of Bicycle. Almost every family in Bonab has a bicycle.Fact|date=March 2008
