Alyssa Katherine Nicole Barlow (born January 4, 1982) is an American musician and is the bass guitarist and keyboardist for BarlowGirl, a Christian rock band. She also splits lead vocals with her sister Lauren Barlow. The third member of the band is Becca Barlow. They have released 3 albums together, their most recent being titled "How Can We Be Silent". She along with her sisters is a youth ambassador for the National Day of Prayer 2007. When Alyssa was sixteen she was diagnosed with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), following a sprained ankle. She initially gave up when the doctors told her she would never walk normally again.
