Müller & Henle, 1838)The narrowmouthed catshark, Schroederichthys bivius, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae found from central Chile around the Straits of Magellan to Argentina between latitudes 23° S and 56° S, at depths of between 15 and 80 metres. Its length is up to 70 centimetres.
Reproduction is oviparous.
