The following public airports are located in the area around Boston, Massachusetts. This list includes only airports underneath or immediately adjacent to Boston's 30 nautical mile (56 km) radius mode C veil.

Logan, located adjacent to downtown Boston, is the major airport for scheduled passenger service. Surrounding Boston are the three main general aviation reliever airports: Beverly to the north, Bedford/Hanscom to the west, and Norwood to the south (to the east is Massachusetts Bay).
While it lies slightly outside the 30 nm radius, Manchester-Boston Regional Airport to the northwest of Boston also has scheduled passenger service. All of these airports have control towers.
