Churubusco is a great place to go to school, it is in a small town, therefore you know most of the people. Churubusco also has a great staff, all of the teachers and other staff are very friendly. The Middle and High School. The current Middle School teacher is Mr. John Davis. Busco is a great place to live and it has a great school enviorment.
Smith-Green Community Schools is a school district serving the town of Churubusco, Indiana, USA. The name derives from the townships it serves: Smith in Whitley County and Green in Noble County. It has some 1,400 students in total (as of 2006) and includes three schools: Churubusco High, Middle and Elementary. The schools are housed in the same complex but independently administered.
Smith Green High School is more commonly known as Churubusco High School. The current high school school principal is Mr. Mark Snider. The new Vice Principal is Mr. Jerry Lange. The high school's new Athletic Director is Mr. Lee Eztler.
Several teachers and the middle-high school librarian quit in 2007 having cited problems with the administration and school board.
