Markus Jonsson (Mr. 100%),[1] born 9 March 1981 in Växjö, Sweden, is a professional Swedish footballer currently playing with Panionios F.C. in Greek Super League .

Having spent seven seasons playing for Östers IF, he decided not to prolong his contract in 2005. With the aim of taking up competition with Jimmy Tamandi for the right-back spot at AIK, Jonsson left his hometown for AIK on a free transfer in November 2005. Not only did he manage to out-compete Tamandi, Jonsson has been so impressive as a right back, he has frequently been named a contender for said spot in the national team.

More than just a skilled defender, Jonsson is known for his well-chosen offensive runs and precise crosses, forming a tremendous partnership with right winger Kenny Pavey. An excellent marksman from the penalty spot and AIK's first-choice penalty taker, Jonsson has stated in several interviews that he has never missed a penalty kick in a competitive match as a senior player. Until 7 November 2009 he had taken 13 penalties for AIK in 2006, converting all 13.

Jonsson has since been called up for the national team for their yearly winter tour, this time being held in South America, facing Venezuela and Ecuador (twice).
