The straight-tooth weasel shark, "Paragaleus tengi", is a weasel shark of the family Hemigaleidae, found in the tropical western Pacific Ocean, from Japan to Viet Nam, including Hong Kong and Taiwan. Its length is up to 88 cm.

The straight-tooth weasel shark is a little-known inshore shark, taken in fisheries where it occurs.

Coloration is grey or grey-brown above, light below, with no prominent markings on body and fins.

Reproduction is viviparous.
