List of Texas hurricanes (1980–present)

Texas is frequently affected by hurricanes as well as other tropical cyclones and their remains. This frequency is due to Texas' position along the Gulf of Mexico coastline and also because Texas is within the path of recurvature of tropical cyclones from the eastern Pacific ocean. This is a list of hurricanes that have affected the state of Texas in the United States since 1980.__TOC__
