KEJT-LP was founded on February 25, 1993, and is owned by NBC Universal; KULX-CA was founded on February 12, 1992 and is owned by Airwaves, Inc. The two stations operate as one and extend their signals into Logan and Park City, Utah via translator stations KUTA-LP and K57JB, both owned by Airwaves, Inc.
