Korea national basketball team (alternate names include Korea Republic and South Korea) is national basketball team representing South Korea. The team is one of major forces in Asian continent and has won 2 gold and 10 silver medals in FIBA Asia Championship.

In 2007 FIBA Asia Championship, Korea was able to go on a streak of 4 wins. The "four" centers are Ha Seung-Jin (224cm), Kim Joo-Sung (205cm), Lee Dong-Jun (a.k.a. Daniel Robert Sandrin, 202cm) and Kim Min-Soo (200cm) leading the championship teams with 44 rebounds a game. Korea is also a team that has a number of strong three point shooters that are Kim Seung-Hyun (179cm), Yang Dong-Geun (182cm) ,Kim Dong-Woo (198cm) and Kim Jin-Soo (205cm).
