The total area of the Marina Dorćol project is intended to be 25,700
square metres and extensions are is planned for construction of up to 76,000 square meteres, in two phases.Parcel 1: has an area of 21,000 square meters. The parcel will have 27,000 square metres of business and commercial space built on it - 21,600 square meters of usable space as well as 43,000 square meters of residential space with 34400 square meters of usable residential space.
Parcel B2: has a land area of 4,700 square meters and is expected to have 6,000 square meters of business-services space or 4,800 square meters of usable space.
For the parking of vehicles, at least 1,162 parking spaces are required in garages or in the open. 540 places are needed for the residential buildings along with 432 for the business places and 190 for the marina.
