This was Bing Crosby's first LP with a modern, swinging orchestra in accompaniment. The songs, are also among the rare few that Bing has never before recorded.
Buddy Bregman orchestrated the songs, conducted a hand-picked group of Hollywood's foremost musicians and conceived the idea of the album, which was be likeFrank Sinatra s popular swingconcept albums , "Come Fly With Me" (1958) and "A Swingin' Affair! " (1957)A reviewer for "Variety" wrote, "Altogether it is quite a musical package -- muscular and tender, driving and romantic, pulsating and lyrical. For
