Ikere-Ekiti, also known as Ikere or Ikerre, is a city in the Ekiti State of Nigeria. It is an agricultural centre. Ikere is a town abundantly endowed with magnificent hills, including Orole and Olosunta. The town is located between Ado-Ekiti (the capital of Ekiti State) and Ikogosi, a resort noted for its dual cold and warm water springs.

The traditional ruler of Ikere is the "Ogoga" of Ikere-Ekiti, Oba Adegboye Akaiyejo.

Ikere is home to a College of Education.
