Hung Hom (zh-t|t=紅磡) is an area of
Kowloon , inHong Kong , administratively part of the Kowloon City District, with a portion west of the railway in theYau Tsim Mong District . It is located nearby toTsim Sha Tsui . The north part of the area is mainly for residential purposes and is mixed with some industrial buildings. The south part is a residential area, nearby theVictoria Harbour . The proper Hung Hom is much smaller than present-day context. It is located on the shore of Hung Hom Bay, south of the valley
