He punted the ball 108 times in1992 , tied for third-most in a season in NFL history. Tuten also received a ring as a member of theSt. Louis Rams 'Super Bowl XXXIV championship team. However, he did not play in the game itself due to injury.On
June 21 ,2007 , Tuten was arrested in Ocala and charged with dealing in stolen property. He allegedly made a deal to buy stolen televisions from a police informant. During a taped conversation with the informant for the Marion County Sheriffs Office, Tuten said, "I don't know anything about anything" after being told the televisions were stolen.
