Eppan (Appiano) (Italian: "Appiano sulla Strada del Vino"; German: "Eppan an der Weinstraße"; Archaic (509 AD): "Apiano"; Latin: "Appianum") is a "comune" (municipality) in the province of Bolzano-Bozen in the Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 45 km northeast of the city of Trento and about 8 km southwest of the city of Bolzano.
