Guangdong University Of Business Studies (Simplified Chinese:广东商学院; Pinyin:Guǎngdōng Shāng Xuéyuàn) established in 1983 is a public university located in the capital of Guangdong province. It is sometimes refer to Guangdong Business College or Guangdong Commercial College.

It is located near to the Guangzhou International Meeting and Exhibition Center (where part of the Canton Fair is held every year). Although it is called "college", it is a public university. There are 11 faculties and 13,818 full time students at the moment.

The university is situated at Luntou Road(仑头路). There is a bus terminal at the gate of the college which bus No. 37 serves to the university.
