Woori Yallock is a town east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, along the Warburton Highway. Its Local Government Area is the Shire of Yarra Ranges. At the 2006 census, Woori Yallock had a population of 2810.

The Post Office opened on 1 July 1886 as Woori Yalloak changing its name to the current spelling in around 1911.Citation

It contains a [http://www.woorips.vic.edu.au/ primary school] , a sports and recreation complex, a shopping area and a radio station, and is passed by the Warburton Trail, a walk and cycle track along a dismantled railway line. Most importantly it also has a bottle shop and a pub.

It is serviced by the 683 bus route operated by [http://www.martyrs.com.au/ Martyrs Bus Service] .

The town has an Australian Rules football team competing in the Yarra Valley Mountain District Football League.
