Wesburn is a town convert|68|km|mi|0|lk=on km east of Melbourne, the capital city of Victoria, Australia, along the Warburton Highway. Its Local Government Area is the Shire of Yarra Ranges. At the 2006 census, Wesburn had a population of 619.

The name Wesburn is derived from its original name of West Warburton. The Post Office opened on 7 February 1893 as Warburton West and was renamed Wesburn in 1925. Citation
