Australia nelectro-industrial band from Sydney,Australia . The band was formed in 2004 bylead vocalist Amelia "Destroyx" Tan and synthesist Karl "ZooG" Learmont and shortly after released the independent EP "Nurse Grenade", later that year. Their first studio-produced album, "Krankhaus ", was released in 2006, by Dancing Ferret Discs, and was followed by the release their second album, "Blood Death Ivory", on 8 July 2008. The band's music combines unique and stylistic elements of horror, gothic, punk and electronic music as well as pop and metal and their work contains imagery revolving around medical experiments and grotesque societies.Angelspit has toured through Australia and
New Zealand supporting bands including Angel Theory,Ayria ,Ikon ,KMFDM , Tankt andThe Crüxshadows . After touring theUnited States ' east coast in March 2007, the band relocated temporarily toBerlin, Germany , but have since returned to Sydney.To date, the band has only released one
music video , for "Vena Cava" from theirstudio album "Krankhaus".Band members
