China is a municipality in the Mexican state of Nuevo León.[1]
China is approximately 60 miles northeast of Monterrey. Population, approximately 10,000. Area is known for its award-winning cattle. Local cuisine includes cabrito (baby goat), and carne seca (dried beef) with egg.
