Jack Howe . In1892 , he sheared a total of 321 sheep in 7 hours and 40 minutes, a record for hand shears that still stands, and was only broken by electric shears in 1950 with their introduction.Blackall has many attractions for public use and entertainment. Included are The Blackall Showgrounds and the Local Pool, the Historic Blackall Woolscour.
