Heathcote Junction is a railway station on the North East railway in the town of Heathcote Junction, Victoria, Australia. It is only two kilometres from Wandong station, an oddity on the Victorian country railway network.
The railway crosses the Great Dividing Range near this station which is the highest point on the line. Heathcote Junction used to be the junction for a branch railway that west west to Heathcote and thence to Bendigo. The foundations of the former signal box are located at the Melbourne end of the down platform.
