"Studs" was an American
television game show which was produced ByFox Television Studios . It ran in syndication from 1991 to 1993, hosted byMark DeCarlo . In general, the show follows a somewhat similar format to that of "The Dating Game " and "Love Connection ". Although the show earned high ratings among young viewers and was fairly popular during the early 90s, the then-spouse of Fox studio headRupert Murdoch was not a fan of the series and in fact protested her husband's decision to air the game show.Fact|date=February 2007Ronald Goldman appeared as a contestant in 1992, two years before his infamous murder (along withNicole Brown Simpson ) in 1994 for whichO.J. Host DeCarlo was a contestant on Sale in 1985 and DeCarlo thanked Perry for helping launch his TV career.
