Bavanište monastery

The Bavanište Monastery (Serbian: Манастир Баваниште or "Manastir Bavanište") is a Serb Orthodox monastery located in the Banat region, in the northern Serbian province of Vojvodina. The monastery is situated in the Kovin municipality. It was founded in the 15th century and was destroyed in 1716. It was rebuilt in 1858.
