The show runs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific Time hosted by Tim Conway Jr. Conway was famously a longtime host on former FM talk station KLSX teamed with Doug Steckler, then Brian Whitman. After the 2008 departure of Whitman, Conway hosted solo rather than adopting a new co-host. On February 19, 2009, both Whitman and Steckler were special guests on Conway's last show before KLSX flipped the format to Top-40.

Personal life
Tim Conway, Jr. is the son of American television and film comedian Tim Conway. He has a wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Sophia. Conway and his wife, as discussed on The PrettyGoodPodcast episode #26, that they reside, since May 2009, in Oregon along the Columbia River.
On the air
Conway's weeknight show at KFI began on Monday, January 18, 2010, after Bryan Suits, who previously hosted the show at that time slot, decided to move back to Seattle. His political ideology on the program is conservative[citation needed].
Conway also co-hosts a weekly computer and technology show, Make It Work, with Jeremy Anticouni which airs every Saturday at 3PM on KSFO Hot Talk AM 560 in San Francisco with Make It Work co-founder Jeremy Anticouni. Prior to accepting his current gig on KFI, Conway also co-hosted Tech News, powered by Make It Work which airs every Saturday at 1PM on KNX 1070.
In addition, Conway hosts Mortgage Matters (with Dave Hardin of Covenant Mortgage) about real estate finance on KFWB and KFMB.
In his KLSX days Conway was the co-host of evening talk radio show Conway and Steckler, with comedian/writer Doug Steckler.
On Fridays, starting with January 14, 2011, Doug Steckler will return and co-host the show with Conway.

Since the recent 2008 departure of Brian Whitman, the show has reverted to The Tim Conway Jr. Show rather than adopting a new co-host.

Brian Whitman is a radio host, known for his variety of celebrity impersonations, including Louie Anderson, Jay Leno, Tom Leykis, Rick Dees, Kenny Kingston, Jack Nicholson and Don Imus. He hosted a weekend show at WABC (AM) in New York, and has worked with Rick Dees and Ryan Seacrest at KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. Whitman can also be heard with hosts Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Mike Gallagher, and Jay Thomas. On March 25, 2008, it was announced that Whitman had exited KLSX.

- On Monday, April 6, 2009, Tim Conway Jr. announced he will no longer be a part of the Conway & Whitman podcast.
- On Wednesday, March 11, 2009, the Conway and Whitman website announced that subscription is no longer required and the podcasts are now free. The shows can be downloaded from iTunes: The Conway & Whitman Podcast Show or from the show website.
- On Tuesday, March 10, 2009, the Conway and Whitman website (conwayandwhitman.com) announced the duo will be back together doing podcasts for 2 hours per night. A subscription price of $5 per month will be required.
- On Tuesday, March 25, 2008, Tim Conway Jr. announced on the air that Brian Whitman was no longer a part of the show, and had left KLSX and CBS Radio in LA. He stated that it would now be known as 'The Tim Conway Jr. Show' and no immediate replacement for Whitman would be made. The show would center around Tim and would feature various guests, both from the station and outside of the station.
