Jack O'Connor (American writer)

Jack O'Connor (born January 22 1902 - died January 20 1978) was best known as a writer for, and later the shooting editor of, "Outdoor Life" magazine.

O'Connor was well known among shooters and hunters as a proponent of the .270 Winchester cartridge.
