Donnybrook is a railway station on the North East railway in the town of Donnybrook, Victoria, Australia. The station is unmanned and is located at the northern end of the Donnybrook Road level crossing. The Melbourne - Sydney standard gauge line is adjacent to the station, as is a crossing loop.

The station consists of two side platforms. Platform 1 contains a small shelter, while platform 2 contains a weatherboard building. A signal box is located on the down platform, which controls the crossover at the Seymour end of the station as well as being a block point for the Double Line Block safeworking system, [cite web

accessdate=2008-09-15] Donnybrook was once the terminus for some V/Line services for Craigieburn station passengers as it had a crossover between the two tracks, until Seymour services were upgraded and the suburban services were extended to Craigieburn.

Donnybrook station originally opened on Thursday, 18 April 1872. The station is located about 600-700 metres from the mineral springs recreational park. It has a fountain containing mineral water.

There is also a Donnybrook railway station in Western Australia.
