Robert Westenberg

Robert Westenberg (born October 26, 1953) is an American musical theatre actor and acting teacher. He is married to actress and singer Kim Crosby, and the couple have three children.

Born in Miami Beach, Florida, Westenberg attended California State University, Fresno. He made his Broadway debut in the 1983 revival of "Zorba". He received a Tony Award nomination and won a Drama Desk Award for his performance in Stephen Sondheim's "Into the Woods", where he met his wife, Crosby, when they starred opposite each other as Cinderella and her Prince. He also appeared in a Broadway production of The Secret Garden.

Westenberg's film credits include "Mr. & Mrs. Bridge" and "The Ice Storm". He has made guest appearances on "Third Watch" and "".

Westenberg's last theatrical credit was the national tour of "The Full Monty". He has essentially retired from acting and is living with his wife and children in Springfield, Missouri, where he teaches college theatre classes at Drury University.
