Charlotte Wood (born 1965) is an Australian novelist.
Wood was born in Cooma, New South Wales. She has a background in journalism and has also taught writing at a variety of levels.[1] She currently lives in Sydney.[2] She has a Master of Creative Arts from UTS and a BA from Charles Sturt University. Her new novel, Animal People, was published in October 2011. Charlotte Wood also writes about food and cooking at her blog, http://www.howtoshuckanoyster.com .
