Malaysian Road Transport Department

The Malaysian Road Transport Department (RTD) (Malay: Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia) (JPJ) is a government department under the Malaysian Ministry of Transport. This department is responsible for issuing Malaysian number plates.
