She was born in Brazil to Portuguese parents and moved to the United States at the age of 12. She is most notably known for her work as the model/presenter on the show El Blablazo and its spin offs, which aired on Univision from 1998-2001. In 2003, she starred in the telenovela "Te amaré en silencio" opposite Mexican actor Eduardo Yáñez. Ana Carolina is fluent in Spanish and English, as well as her native Portuguese.
