John Fearns Nicoll

Sir John Fearns Nicoll (Chinese: 尼高, 1899 - 1981) was a British colonial governor. He having been Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1949 - 1952. He served as Governor of Singapore from 1952 to 1955.
