Gordon Kenneth Rich-Phillips (born 8 July 1974) is an Australian politician representing the Liberal Party of Australia in the Victorian Legislative Council.[1]

Rich-Phillips first entered the Legislative Council at the 1999 election narrowly defeating Carlos Baldovino of the Australian Labor Party in Eumemmerring Province.

Since the election of the Baillieu government at the November 2010 elections he serves as Assistant Treasurer (including WorkCover and the Transport Accident Commission), Minister for Technology and Minister for the Aviation Industry.[2]

After the reforms to introduce proportional representation into Legislative Council abolished his electorate, Rich-Phillips was preselected in the safe number one position in South Eastern Metropolitan Region for the Liberal Party at the 2006 election.[3] Prior to that election, he was the youngest member of the Upper House.[4]
