Pipariya is a city and a municipality in Hoshangabad district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is famous as it is the railhead for the military station and tourist destination of Pachmarhi. Pipariya is on the Itarsi Jabalpur rain line.

Demographics

As of 2001 India census [GR|India] , Pipariya had a population of 41,307. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%.
