Parichha is a census town in Jhansi district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.Parichha houses a 640 MW coal based power station (soon to be expanded close to 1000 MW). It is located on Jhansi-Kanpur highway.

Parichha nearest by Betwa river. Betwa river's called GANGA's Bundelkhand.
