Forest Avenue is a station on the BMT Myrtle Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. It has an island platform and two tracks. The exit is at the north end of the station and leads to Forest Avenue. There was also an exit at the south end that lead to Woodward Avenue. Canopy is metal while the Mezzanine is wood. South of the station, there is space for a center track.
