Healey Mills TMD

Healey Mills TMD is a railway Traction Maintenance Depot situated near Wakefield, England, between Wakefield Kirkgate Station and Mirfield Station. The depot is operated by the EWS. The depot code is HM. Healey Mills, while being quite busy with passing traffic, is now commonly used for storing unrequired locomotives and wagons.there are presently around 14 class 47 and 56 loco's stored on the south west end of the yard in various liveries.

Allocation

No locomotives are allocated at this depot. However, Classes 08, 31, 37, 47, 56 and 66 may be visible in either the depot area or the surrounding marshalling yard.
