Demographics
As of 2001[update] India census[1], Dondaicha-Warwade had a population of 42,393. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Dondaicha-Warwade has an average literacy rate of 71%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 77% and, female literacy is 65%. In Dondaicha-Warwade, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
This town has a great modern history like there is Municipal Corporation since British government. The first train came here in year 1905 and it is still a major station on the Surat-Bhusawal railway line. In British government, British used this place as godowns for their trade goods and later it became a main trade center.
It is famous for production and market of chillis.
