Anugul (also known as Angul) is a town and a notified area committee in Anugul district in the state of Orissa, India.

Geography

Politics

Current MLA from Angul Assembly Constituency is Rajani Kant Singh of BJD, who won the seat in State elections of 2004. Adwait Prasad Singh had won this seat in 2000 as BJD candidate, in 1990 as JD candidate and in 1977 as JNP candidate.
