start =Sunnymeads railway station is a
railway station serving the now defunct village ofSunnymeads inBerkshire ,England . The station is located on the line between Windsor and Eton Riverside and London Waterloo. It was built in 1929, and has been un-manned since 1946. Services to the station are operated bySouth West Trains .A state-of-the-art ticket machine can be found in front of the dis-used ticket office, despite what the South West Trains website says.Credit cards can be used to purchase a ticket. All day travel cards are also available to buy as well as tickets for use on underground services in and around the London area.
It has one island platform and a walk-over bridge which has to be climbed in order to access it. On the platform there are six seats on which passengers can sit on when waiting for a train. There are no parking facilities or cycle facilities as it is situated at the end of a private road, so walking is necessary. There is a help-point for customer information and visual displays show live train arrivals on the platform. This station is covered by CCTV which links to the South West Trains security centre in Wimbledon.

The fleet of trains used on this line are Class 450 Desiro units. Services run twice an hour in both directions. The average journey time from here to London Waterloo is 50 minutes. Trains to Waterloo run on the hour, while trains to Windsor run half past the hour.
