Born onJune 23 1964 is an American film, televisionactor ,musician , director andjournalist famous for appearing in art films like "Avenue B " and Red Dawn, the TV show Fame, for writing many controversial articles for theLos Angeles Weekly , kissing Robert Downey Jr in the Jodi Foster film, Home for the Holidays and hanging out with Andy Warhol in New York in the 80's. He is published extensively in national and international magazines and newspapers including; Details, Vibe, Interview, Nylon, Giant, Good, The Face, Curve, The Advocate, Neon, Angelino and others. His major label releases as singer songwriter include; "The Pedantiks" on Elektra Records, "Louie Says" on R.C.A. records.
