American Horticultural Therapy Association

The American Horticultural Therapy Association (AHTA) is an association based in Denver, Colorado which promotes horticultural therapy (HT) and the profession of horticultural therapist.

The association states that gardening work has been recognized as a beneficial form of rehabilitation for persons with mental illness or with developmental or other disabilities.

The association's administrative director is Joy Harrison.
