Indian Community School, Kuwait, or Indian School, Kuwait (ISK), is the oldest Indian school recognized by the Ministry of Education,
Kuwait and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi.The school was established in May 1959 for children of the Indian community in Kuwait. The initial capital required for the school was voluntarily contributed by nine Indian residents of Kuwait. It was renamed "The Indian Community School, Kuwait" in 2001.
It has four branches in Kuwait-Senior Girls Salmiya ,Senior Boys Khaitan, Junior Salmiya and Amman branch. It has nearly 4500 students enrolled. Its status has been challenged by emerging schools like IES(Indian Educational School), DPS(FAIPS), Carmel School, United Indian School, Indian Central School and few others.
