David Anthony Harris (born 1 November 1937) is a British Conservative politician.
Harris was Member of Parliament for St. Ives from 1983 until he stood down on March 20th 1997, and also Member of the European Parliament for Cornwall and Plymouth from 1979 to 1984. Up until 2010, there have been no Conservative MPs in Cornwall since Harris and Sebastian Coe lost their seats at the 1997 general election.
