Leiranger

Leiranger

Leiranger is a former municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The administrative centre was Leines.

Leiranger (until 1910 written "Ledingen") was separated from Steigen September 1, 1900. The new municipality had a population of 1.117.

Leiranger was reunited with Steigen January 1, 1964. Prior to the merger Leiranger had a population of 1.397.
