Penrice, Swansea

Penrice is the name of a village and a community in Swansea, south Wales. Penrice Castle is situated near the village. Penrice has an elected community council.

Tourists passing through Penrice should be aware that the road (Off the A4118 towards Horton) is dangerously steep and narrow. During the steepest sections (More than a 1 in 4 gradient either end of the valley) the road is single track and without passing points.

The road is not accessible by buses and large vehicles.
